Need help restoring my 10 year old PC

Hello,

I just graduated and i decided its time to upgrade my old PC. Currently doing web development freelance so it will be used for that + some well known games like CS:GO/LoL/HotS. The priority of changing first is the GPU because its dead. Put it in owen and now its working but just for browsing, nothing more.

I already have a good monitor, so i only need to change mostly the GPU/CPU and the RAM with the best for this motherboard. The hdd is fine but i will get an SSD also.


I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
