Rosetta Stone

Hey everyone! So I'm having an issue with the cracked codes for R.S. (Spanish). When i go to type in the activation code, it will not let me enter 0, o, O, 1, l, I. I do not know why. Has anyone else ever run into this issue? And, does anyone happen to have a working code for rosetta stone version 3 without any of those characters? Thanks!
